Review Ready Cards ("we," "us," or "the Company") provides a physical tap-to-review card or counter plate, a branded business page, connection to your Google Business Profile, a private feedback option, visitor and button-click tracking, and a monthly activity report, configured for your business. The purchase price is shown before checkout and includes free local delivery.

Review Reply Automation is an optional add-on. It is billed $29 per month or $290 per year, charged automatically to your payment method and renewing until you cancel. The annual plan renews once every twelve months. You may cancel at any time by emailing or texting us, and cancellation stops future charges. Charges already made for the current billing period are not prorated or refunded.

Replies are written and posted only after you securely connect and approve access to your Google Business Profile through Google's own authorization process. We never ask for, collect, or store your Google password. Until that connection is approved, the service is not active. The service depends on Google platform availability and policies, which may change or interrupt the service. We do not guarantee review volume, star ratings, search rankings, or any specific business results.

The card makes it easier for customers to leave a Google review, but we make no guarantees regarding the number of reviews, star ratings, search rankings, leads, sales, or return on investment. Review volume depends on your customers, your service, and how often the product is used. Those factors are outside our control.

Payments are non-refundable once we have begun setting up your branded review page or programming your card. If you change your mind before setup begins, contact us and we will refund your order in full.

Cards are delivered free of charge to the local delivery address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (business name, phone, website, Google Business Profile link). You represent that you own or control the Google Business Profile you connect, and that you have the rights to any logos or content you ask us to use on your branded review page.

You agree to use the card to request genuine reviews from real customers. You may not use it to post fake reviews, offer incentives for positive reviews in violation of Google's policies, or misrepresent your business. Google's review policies are controlled by Google and may change; we are not responsible for Google's decisions, including removal of reviews or profile actions.

If your card arrives damaged or stops working through no fault of your own within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will replace it. Lost cards can be re-ordered at the then-current price.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Because each card is custom-programmed for your business, initiating a chargeback after setup has begun does not entitle you to a refund. The Company will provide documentation of these terms, your order, and delivery to the card issuer as needed.
